- You are calm, well organised and able to prioritise effectively so that the needs of the children always come first.
- You have high expectations of yourself and of others, a desire to do a great job
- Someone who is kind and caring and keen to be a team player. You are able to develop positive relationships with parents.
- You are an experienced classroom practitioner with a strong record of achievement and success in KS 1 and 2.
