Job description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Pastoral Data and Systems Officer tosupport the effective administration of pastoral data, student records and academy systems.
You will play a key role in maintaining accurate information, producing reports and dashboards, and supporting pastoral processes including behaviour, detention and isolation procedures, in line with academy policy.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who is passionate about education and making a difference in students' lives, while contributing to the efficient operation of the academy.
The ideal applicant should have:
- Excellent ICT and communication skills.
- Experience working with student data within a secondary school environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- A commitment to safeguarding confidentiality and supporting positive outcomes for young people.
