Pastoral Leader

Grade 4

36.5 Hours - Banked Hours

The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) is seeking to appoint two dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Leaders to join the Pastoral Team at Prince Albert High School.

We are a growing MAT that currently consists of Prince Albert Primary School, Heathfield Primary School, Highfield J&I School, Birchfield Primary School, Sutton Park Primary School, Lakey Lane and PA High School.

    Candidate:

    Will be self-motivated, compassionate, and have strong leadership skills.

    Will be responsible for overseeing pastoral provision and early help to pupils and families.

    Will be the lead for whole school behaviour, attendance and safeguarding.

    Must be professional and polite with a good standard of literacy and communication skills
