Job description

Beckfoot School is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about making a real difference to young people’s lives. As a Pastoral Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing, safety, and inclusion of our students. Working closely with staff, families, and external agencies, you will support in creating a school environment where all students feel supported, understood and able to succeed. We are looking for someone who:

This is a permanent, full time role.

You will be working 37 hours per week, Term Time Only (+5 days).

Working Pattern:

Monday - Thursday, 8.00am to 4.00pm, and Friday, 8.00am to 3.30pm.
