Are you passionate about supporting young people to thrive emotionally, socially, and academically? We are seeking a dedicated Pastoral Manager to build trusted relationships and provide consistent guidance. You will play a vital role in promoting student wellbeing, positive behaviour, attendance at school and grow their personal development. This will all be done through a calm, caring approach and you will help pupils overcome barriers to learning and engagement. You will celebrate successes while supporting students through challenges big and small. Join our inclusive school community and make a meaningful difference every day.
37 hours per week, term time plus 5 additional days, permanent contract.
