Candidates will demonstrate empathy, excellent communication skills and work closely with students to ensure they develop self-discipline and adhere to our Code of Conduct. The successful candidate will work with individual students and small groups and with families and staff, will closely monitor behaviour and attitudes, and will deliver intervention programmes.
