This is a pivotal role, working at the heart of the school community to remove barriers to learning through targeted wellbeing support, strong partnerships with families and close collaboration with colleagues. • Provide targeted wellbeing support to pupils and families, addressing barriers to learning including mental health, behaviour and attendance

  • Develop and implement action plans and interventions, working closely with staff and external agencies

  • Support safeguarding processes, including acting as deputy DSL and contributing to child protection and early help referrals

  • Monitor and improve pupil attendance through tracking, family engagement and partnership with local services

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, families and colleagues to promote a safe, inclusive and supportive school environment

Why Join Our Trust?

  • Belong to a compassionate and inclusive trust that values you and the role you play.
  • Join an experienced group of people that are fully dedicated to delivering the best for our children.
