Key Responsibilities
Teaching and Learning
Plan and deliver engaging, progressive instrumental lessons that meet the needs of students of varying ages, abilities, and experience.
Develop students' technical proficiency, musical understanding, performance skills, and enjoyment of music.
Prepare students for graded music examinations, performances, auditions, and assessments where appropriate.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/carers.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson content, and student achievement.
Adapt teaching approaches to support students with differing learning needs and abilities.
