JOB TITLE:                          Lunchtime Play Worker (Fixed Term)

BASE:                                   Tinsley Meadows Primary School

EMPLOYER:                        Five Rivers Multi Academy Trust

HOURS:                               6.5 Hours (Term time only – 39 weeks per year)

GRADE / SALARY:            Grade 1 pt 3 £24,413 (£3688 pro rata per annum)

CLOSING DATE:                Monday 31st August 2026 Mid day

Tinsley Meadows Primary Academy is seeking to appoint a  x2 Lunchtime Playworkers to join our existing team to support children at lunchtime as they eat and play.

  1. Has experience of working with children or young people, in either a paid or voluntary capacity or by supporting children at home.
  2. Has a willingness to actively engage with children in play activities
  3. Is committed to learning and understanding health and safety and food hygiene as required by the role
  4. Is able to work with professional integrity, honesty and transparency
  5. Is passionate about safeguarding children
  6. Is committed to working with the school and the trust to promote positive behaviour strategies to achieve a culture that promotes fairness and respect.
