Primary CLASS Worker

We are excited to offer a position as a Primary CLASS Worker within our Primary phase, where you’ll work in a supportive and resource-rich environment.. This position is 36 hours per week, term time plus 6 professional development days. The post will commence 1st September 2026.

Skills & Experience needed:

• The role involves working with the teachers, usually in the classroom, to support access to learning for pupils and provide general support teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom
• GCSE Grade D-G or Functional Skills Level 1 or above in English and Mathematics (or equivalent)
• An awareness and understanding of classroom roles and responsibilities
• Experience of working with or caring for children of relevant age.
