Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator
The Oak Partnership Trust is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated SENDCo to work closely with the Trust SEND lead, existing SENDCos, headteachers and senior leaders. You will play a pivotal role in shaping SEND strategy, supporting colleagues, building strong partnerships with parents and external agencies and ensuring our pupils receive the highest quality provision.
This part-time role will provide additional capacity to our existing primary schools SEND team.
Key requirements:
- Is a qualified teacher with a strong commitment to inclusive education.
- Has excellent knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and current SEND legislation.
- Can lead and support staff to deliver high-quality SEND provision.
- Has experience working with pupils with a range of SEND needs.
- Builds positive relationships with pupils, families and external agencies.
- Is passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people.

Position: FTE 0.2.
Contract: Permanent

Salary: Teacher Main Scale/ Upper Pay Scale dependent on experience. Additional SEN allowance possible dependent on qualifications and experience.
