Person Specification – Pupil Records Administrator
Education & Qualifications
Essential
- Knowledge of general office procedures and practice
- Strong oral and written skills, likely evidenced by GCSE English at grade C or above
Desirable
Experience of working in a school administration environment.
Knowledge, experience and training

- Experience of dealing with queries from a wide range of people.
- Experience in the use of relevant IT systems.
- Experience of working as part of a team.
- Experience of organising work tasks and duties to meet appropriate service standard, in terms of timeliness, accuracy and the provision of a high-quality service to pupils, parents, staff and external professionals.
- An ability to respect sensitive and confidential work.
- Willing to carry out all duties having regard to an employee's responsibility under the Trust's Health and Safety Policies.
