Making a lasting difference to young people through care and consistency.

We are seeking a thoughtful and proactive Pupil Support Officer to help create an environment where every student feels supported, understood and able to succeed. • Safeguard pupils, maintaining accurate records and addressing concerns including bullying or discrimination
  • Build strong relationships with families, acting as a point of contact and coordinating support
  • Work with staff and external agencies to plan and deliver interventions for vulnerable learners
  • Support year team operations, including behaviour monitoring, restorative work and student supervision
