Receptionist\Administrative Assistant

We are seeking to employ a Receptionist / Administrator to join our office team and be the warm and welcoming face of Deeplish.

The successful candidate we would like to appoint must be flexible, enthusiastic, passionate and be able to work as part of a skilled team within an organised and disciplined environment.

We are looking for:

• a warm and welcoming person to be the first point of contact for people coming to the academy
• a hardworking and conscientious Receptionist / Administrator to support the smooth running of the academy office
• a person who works well within a team
• someone who is able to develop good relationships with staff, parents and children
• someone who has experience of undertaking a wide range of office based administration and clerical tasks
• someone who has experience of using computer packages for word processing, spreadsheets, databases and researching information
