You will also play a key role in supporting school processes, events and communication, helping to maintain efficient systems and contribute to the wider organisation of the school. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive school community with strong values and a shared commitment to providing the very best outcomes for children.

School visits are welcomed and encouraged. Please contact the school to arrange a suitable time.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing Multi Academy Trust with schools based in London, the midlands and the South West of England. • Deliver comprehensive administrative support, including managing records, producing reports, handling correspondence, and completing complex data and forms for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the organisation of school events, trips, training sessions and hospitality, ensuring smooth day-to-day operational delivery.
  • Maintain and develop administrative systems, including ICT platforms, resource management, audits, and budget monitoring where required.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience of developing and maintaining administrative systems and procedures.
  • High level of literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Evidence of the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
  • Effective use of ICT packages and other specialist equipment/resources.
  • Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of children and young people
