About the of the Role
We are looking for a receptionist who:
- Will be fully supportive of the Catholic ethos of our school
- Will act as a welcoming, professional, and friendly first point of contact for parents, visitors, and pupils
- Is well organised, efficient, and able to manage a busy school front office environment
- Possesses excellent communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills
- Is enthusiastic and works collaboratively as part of a team
- Will maintain effective record-keeping, telephone, and administrative systems to support the smooth day-to-day running of the school
- Is committed to children’s welfare and safeguarding
Main Purpose
The administrative assistant / receptionist is responsible for supporting the administrative, financial and organisational processes within the school. They will also act as the initial point of contact for parents/carers, visitors and other stakeholders, so will be an ambassador for the school and embody the value, vision and ethos of the school in all interactions.
