You will be joining a team who look out for one another, celebrate successes together, and support each other through challenges.
Brill is a super special school set in a beautiful rural location, surrounded by stunning countryside. Our children are simply amazing - kind, enthusiastic, curious and full of potential. They make working here a joy.
As a Church of England school, our vision underpins everything we do:
“With the wind in our sails, we shall live ‘life in all its fullness’” (John 10:10).
We are proud of our inclusive ethos and warmly welcome applications from candidates of all faiths or none.
Our recent SIAMS inspection recognised the strength of our community and vision, noting: Brill school is a place of welcome and belonging, offering exceptional support for pupils and families. SIAMS Nov 2025

The role is 4 days a week, part-time term-time only (job share considered for the right candidates). A whole school Christian ethos.
