Job description

At Brill Church of England School, we pride ourselves on the strength of our relationships. We don’t just value the connections we build with our children, but also the genuine care, respect and teamwork between our staff. You will be joining a team who look out for one another, celebrate successes together, and support each other through challenges.

Brill is a super special school set in a beautiful rural location, surrounded by stunning countryside. Our children are simply amazing - kind, enthusiastic, curious and full of potential. They make working here a joy.

As a Church of England school, our vision underpins everything we do:
“With the wind in our sails, we shall live ‘life in all its fullness’” (John 10:10).
We are proud of our inclusive ethos and warmly welcome applications from candidates of all faiths or none.

Our recent SIAMS inspection recognised the strength of our community and vision, noting: Brill school is a place of welcome and belonging, offering exceptional support for pupils and families. SIAMS Nov 2025

We take pride in our school and our pupils are well-behaved, eager to learn, and a pleasure to be around.

If you are highly organised with a strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills then this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a genuine difference to all pupils at Brill! The role is 4 days a week, part-time term-time only (job share considered for the right candidates). You will consistently work closely with the staff and the successful candidate will join the school in making further improvements to what is already an Ofsted rated 'Good' school.

We can offer you:

Happy, motivated children eager to learn.

A welcoming and nurturing school environment with supportive colleagues and parents.

A whole school Christian ethos.

A commitment to your ongoing professional development, with strong support from the School Senior Leadership Team and Governors.

A degree of flexibility in working pattern.

Wellbeing opportunities.

We look forward to welcoming application to the visit the school to see us in action!

Interviews will be held week commencing 13th July, however, we reserve the right to interview before that date if a suitable application is received.
