• Strategic financial planning, budgeting, and resource management
• Operational leadership across administration, estates, and support services
• Development of efficient, compliant systems and processes
• Procurement, contract management, and value for money
• Compliance, risk management, and statutory requirements

• Has proven experience in financial and operational leadership
• Is confident operating at a strategic level
• Can lead, develop, and manage a team
• Has strong organisational skills and a focus on continuous improvement
• Understands the importance of compliance, risk, and governance
• Is proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused
• Is committed to working collaboratively with the whole school community
