Speenhamland School is seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and compassionate SENCO to join our dedicated team. We recognise that talented SENCOs are looking for flexibility, so we are offering two possible roles

- Is passionate about inclusive education and improving outcomes for pupils with SEND.
- Has strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Can build positive relationships with pupils, families, staff and external professionals.
- Has a clear understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and current best practice.
- Is committed to removing barriers to learning and promoting belonging for all.
- Holds the National Award for SEN Coordination or is willing to undertake it.
