Speenhamland School is seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and compassionate SENCO to join our dedicated team. • Is passionate about inclusive education and improving outcomes for pupils with SEND.
• Has strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Can build positive relationships with pupils, families, staff and external professionals.
• Has a clear understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and current best practice.
• Is committed to removing barriers to learning and promoting belonging for all.
• Holds the National Award for SEN Coordination or is willing to undertake it.
