We seek to appoint a SEND Administrator to join the SEND team at George Pindar School.
George Pindar School is an 11-16 secondary school situated in Scarborough. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our SEND provision. You will coordinate essential administrative processes, manage confidential pupil records, and serve as a professional point of contact for parents, carers, and external agencies.Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) processes and Annual Reviews.
- Maintaining accurate records of interventions and the school's SEND Register.
- Supporting the administration of examination access arrangements in partnership with the Exams & Data Manager.
- Preparing documentation, tracking statutory deadlines, and generating data reports to support school leadership.
The successful candidate will bring excellent organisational and communication skills, a high level of accuracy, and a strict commitment to data protection and confidentiality.
Essential requirements:
- Experience working in an administrative role with experience producing accurate records and reports.
- Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in Literacy and Numeracy.
- Strong IT skills, with an understanding of office systems and procedures.

Hours of Work: 22.5 Hours per Week, Term Time Only (including training days)
