SEND Hub Lead Teacher: Communication & Interaction Hub

St Mary’s CE Primary School is looking to appoint a full time SEND Hub Lead Teacher: Communication and Interaction Hub with a proven record of excellent practice. Could this be you?

The Lead Teacher will be responsible for leading, managing, delivering, and coordinating the daily teaching, planning, assessment, and pastoral care for a group of pupils with communication and interaction needs, as well as managing the hub's provision.

They will work closely with the main school SENDCo and report to the Headteacher as well as liaise with local authorities and external agencies from consultation to the supporting the varying learning and pastoral needs of the pupils.
