We are looking for a teaching assistant who: • Has a calm, positive and confident manner • Is supportive and has an understanding of the varying needs of SEND pupils • Is enthusiastic and committed to supporting pupils to make good progress • Has good interpersonal skills • Is willing to undertake appropriate training to further their understanding of pupils with SEND • Has the ability to work successfully as part of a team • Is resilient • Is innovative, excited and has a passion to make a difference for our children
