Our recent Ofsted and SIAMS inspections highlighted the fantastic progress we have made as an academy, and we are looking for someone to join us as we take our English department to the next level!

At BSCA, we are fully committed to staff development, with weekly protected CPD time, as well as our own internal leadership development programmes for staff looking for their next stage of development.

  4. To work strategically with and line manage the secondary SEND team of Teaching Assistants.
  5. Provide professional guidance to colleagues, working closely with staff, parents and other agencies;
  6. To lead, manage and effectively deploy staff and resources including the HIVE Lead and our team of Teaching Assistants;
