We are looking for a SENDCo who:
- Has a strong understanding of SEND and Inclusion and a commitment to securing the best outcomes for all children.
- Works hard and takes pride in their work.
- Works collaboratively with staff, families and external agencies to remove barriers to learning.
- Has high expectations and a clear belief that every child can succeed.
- Is positive, reliable and committed to developing their practice and the practice of others.
- Holds the National Award for SEN Coordination or be willing to complete the qualification within the required timeframe.
