We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and a warm, professional presence. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the school’s leadership, making sure everything runs seamlessly so the Leadership Team can remain focused on transforming students’ lives. You’ll lead our front-office team, keep systems running smoothly, and ensure every pupil, family, and visitor receives an outstanding first impression. You’ll need to be confident using school systems, quick to solve problems, great at juggling priorities, and remain calm under pressure. Strong communication, team leadership, and a proactive mindset are essential, along with a commitment to safeguarding and high standards.
We are looking for a Senior Office Manager who;
- Team Leadership: Experience managing a small team and coordinating day-to-day office tasks.
- Operational Excellence: Confident managing school databases (Arbor preferred), census returns, data compliance (GDPR), and admissions.
- HR & Compliance: Knowledge of school HR workflows and maintaining a compliant Single Central Record (SCR).
- Financial Care: Capability to process purchase orders and invoices efficiently.
- Attributes: Welcoming personality, solution-focused mindset, and personal resilience.
