The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Operating Officer to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of our school. This is a senior, non-teaching role, and while previous experience in education is not essential, a commitment to supporting a thriving school community is key.
Reporting directly to the Headteacher, you will lead the development and delivery of the school’s operational systems, ensuring they are efficient, well-coordinated and support high-quality decision-making across the school community.
This is a senior, non-teaching role where your leadership will have a direct impact on staff, students and the wider community.

- Operational Leadership
- Staffing and Timetabling
- Data & Strategic Reporting
- Student Experience & Enrichment
- Compliance, Health & Safety
- Partnership & Community Engagement
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience managing data systems and operational processes
- Demonstrates strong organisational and leadership skills
- Is confident analysing and presenting data to inform decisions
- Has experience coordinating teams, events or complex operations
- Understands health & safety and compliance requirements
- Communicates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Remains calm under pressure and thrives in a busy environment
