Are you a proactive and practical leader who takes pride in creating safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environments? We are seeking an experienced Site / Facilities Manager to lead our site team and play a vital role in ensuring our school remains a secure, clean, and inspiring place for students, staff, and visitors.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will oversee the day-to-day management of our premises, lead cleaning, caretaking and grounds staff, coordinate maintenance and contractor works, and ensure the highest standards of health, safety and compliance across the site. You'll be a key member of our wider school community, helping to create an environment where young people can thrive.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational and problem-solving skills, experience managing premises and facilities, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. A hands-on approach, a commitment to safeguarding, and the flexibility to respond to the needs of a busy school are essential.

Job Details
Hours of Work: 37 Hours per Week, Full Year, working 7 - 3, Monday to Friday
Position Type: Permanent Post
Line Manager: Support Services Manager
Travel Required: Occasional
