Job description
Site Officer
Grade 4 | Part Time - 25-30 hours per week over 5 days, Monday-Friday mornings starting at 6.30am | Thrive CE Academy Trust
We are seeking to appoint a committed and proactive Site Officer who will play a vital role in ensuring our schools provide a safe, secure and welcoming environment where pupils can learn and thrive.
Working closely with school leaders and colleagues across the Trust, the successful candidate will support the effective management, maintenance and security of our buildings and grounds. As part of a collaborative Trust community, the postholder may also be required to support colleagues across our family of schools, helping to ensure continuity of premises services and sharing expertise where needed.
This role would suit someone with experience in caretaking, facilities, premises or maintenance work who takes pride in delivering high standards and enjoys a varied and practical role.
We offer:
A welcoming and supportive Trust community
Opportunities for training and professional development
The opportunity to work collaboratively across our schools
The chance to make a positive difference to the daily experience of pupils, staff and visitors
At Thrive CE Academy Trust, every role contributes to our vision of Belonging, Believing and Becoming, and we recognise the important contribution our Site Officers make in creating environments where children and communities can thrive.
Applications are handled on Teaching Vacancies (GOV.UK).
