We are seeking a committed and compassionate Special Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a student with SEMH as their primary need. This role is central to helping students access learning, build resilience, and develop the confidence and independence needed to thrive both in and beyond the classroom.
Working closely with teaching staff, you will support lesson preparation and delivery, contribute to monitoring and assessment, and provide tailored assistance with personal and social development. You’ll also play a key role in promoting positive relationships and modelling inclusive values throughout the school day, including during break times and transitions.
