Job description
Teaching takes place within a range of community settings including pupils' homes, community venues, health settings and other agreed educational locations on a 1:1 basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting pupils to re-engage with learning, improve their wellbeing and successfully transition into appropriate educational pathways.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the Specialist Community Teacher will develop bespoke educational programmes that remove barriers to learning whilst promoting aspiration, resilience and positive outcomes.
