We are a highly successful, award-winning Specialist Multi Academy Trust supporting children and young people aged 4-19 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Across our nine sites, we combine state-of-the-art facilities with a highly skilled staff team to deliver exceptional education and care across the full range of behavioural and communication needs.
We are seeking a committed Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Hampshire to help develop and deliver an integrated communication support service across the Trust.
About the role:
You will play a key role in establishing and developing a speech and language therapy service, delivering specialist interventions and embedding communication strategies across the curriculum. You will work collaboratively with staff, families, and professionals to support pupils with a wide range of speech, language and communication needs (SLCN), while also contributing to staff training and ongoing professional development.
About you:
- Qualified Speech and Language Therapist with HCPC and RCSLT registration
- Experience supporting children or young people with communication needs, ideally ASC/SEMH
- Skilled in multidisciplinary working and delivering practical training
- Committed to evidence-based, outcome-focused practice in an educational setting
