A genuine passion for sport and working with young people, with experience in a sports-related environment and a commitment to promoting health, fitness and wellbeing.

A confident communicator and engaging leader, able to present to groups, lead activities and motivate students to get involved and achieve their best.

Strong subject knowledge, supported by a Level 3+ Sport qualification and ideally a degree in Sport, Sport Science, Coaching, Strength &Conditioning or a related discipline.

Experience of teaching, coaching or delivering Sport or Uniformed Services would be an advantage, but we’re equally keen to hear from those ready to take their first step into teaching.

Well organised, adaptable and proactive, with the confidence to use your initiative, manage competing priorities and respond positively to new challenges.

Committed to your own professional development, with a willingness to work towards a Level 5 teaching qualification and other relevant qualifications, including Gym/Fitness Instructing and Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Expedition Skills, where required.
