Job description
The ideal candidate will be passionate about pastoral care, a strong team player, and committed to achieving positive outcomes. They will be able to build effective and strong relationships with colleagues, students and parents/carers. The person appointed will work closely alongside our highly experienced Student Support Manager and Pastoral Lead who will provide guidance and support within the role. Excellent communication and IT skills are required together with a calm, resilient and organised approach, (plus a willingness to obtain a first aid qualification, if not already held). Previous experience operating in a similar environment and providing strong pastoral care as well as administrative support is advantageous, but training will be provided for the right candidate with transferable experience/skills.
