The post holder will:- Take a lead role in supporting students’ behaviour, attendance and wellbeing
- Act as a key point of contact for students, parents / carers and external agencies
- Support the implementation of the school’s behaviour and inclusion strategy
- Work closely with safeguarding leads to ensure robust safeguarding and early help support
- Monitor and track student progress and pastoral interventions
- Contribute to the development of individual support plans for vulnerable pupils, including those with SEND or social/emotional needs
- Support reintegration and inclusion of students following absence, suspension or alternative provision
- Promote positive relationships and a culture of high expectations across the school
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with young people, ideally in a school or pastoral setting
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of safeguarding, inclusion and behaviour support
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Is resilient, calm under pressure, and committed to improving outcomes for all students
- Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
