Bishop Justus is seeking to appoint an exceptional and inspiring Subject Leader of Business &Economics to join our ambitious and dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive excellence in teaching, learning and curriculum leadership across a thriving and aspirational department.
We are looking for a dynamic practitioner at the forefront of teaching and learning, with a proven track record of securing strong outcomes and delivering a rich, knowledge-led curriculum across Key Stages 3–5. You will bring energy, vision and clarity of purpose, leading the department with confidence and ensuring consistently high standards and outcomes for all students.
The successful candidate will build strong relationships with students and colleagues, communicate with clarity and integrity, and lead with warmth alongside high expectations. Flexibility, resilience and a commitment to continuous improvement will be essential.
