We are looking for a colleague who has:
- Proven ability to safeguard children, build positive relationships, and handle challenging behaviours with emotional resilience.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work as part of a supportive team and a flexible approach to meet changing daily requirements.
- Experience working in a similar role in a school setting.
- Ability to deal well with minor incidents, first aid and the personal health and hygiene of pupils.
