TA for KS1 or KS2

At Red Lane Primary, we are proud to be an inclusive school where every child is valued, supported and encouraged to thrive. We are seeking a caring, compassionate and highly skilled Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team across KS1 or KS2.

This role is ideal for someone who truly understands children and the barriers some may face in their learning and development. We are looking for an excellent practitioner who can build positive relationships, show unconditional positive regard, and make a genuine difference to the lives of vulnerable pupils.

The successful candidate will be nurturing, patient and resilient, with a strong commitment to supporting children’s emotional wellbeing, learning and personal development. You will work closely with teachers and wider staff to create a safe, supportive and engaging environment where all children can succeed.
