Job description
The successful candidate will begin with us in January 2027 and have the qualities below:
- Be an excellent early year’s classroom practitioner, committed to child centred learning with experience of supporting children with a range of complex learning and physical needs.
- Have a clear understanding of how to develop every child to their full potential.
- Have a passion for play and a love for learning outdoors
- be observant and will be motivated to engage in reflective practice and a researching approach
- Have proven leadership, management and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and be an excellent role model for others, including mentoring students.
- Have an understanding of the unique safeguarding vulnerabilities of SEND learners and be willing to be a deputy DSL.
- Work as part of a team and work closely with practitioners across all of our services to be a model and advocate for inclusive provision.
