Job Summary
We are looking for a flexible and committed teacher to deliver a personalised curriculum across KS3, KS4 and Post-16. You will support students with diverse needs, helping them achieve recognised qualifications and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons and schemes of work
- Monitor, assess, and report on student progress
- Work closely with colleagues, families, and external professionals
- Ensure safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive learning environments
- Contribute to curriculum development and school life
- Provide cross-curricular support and cover when required
Requirements
- Strong commitment to inclusive, student-centred education
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Up-to-date curriculum knowledge
- Enhanced DBS required
