About the Role

As a teacher at our school, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the minds of our students. You'll contribute positively to the wider life and ethos of the school, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum and pupil development.
  • Pastoral Care: Take on the rewarding responsibility of a form tutor, providing pastoral care and guidance to your assigned students. This includes overseeing their PSHE education, personal development, digital literacy, and monitoring attendance, all with a focus on positive student outcomes.
  • Student Wellbeing & Discipline: Promote the safety and wellbeing of all pupils, maintaining good order and effective discipline to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
  • Professional Growth: Engage in our appraisal procedures, continuously developing your own teaching practice through further training and development. You'll also have opportunities to contribute to the professional development of others.
  • Effective Communication: Build strong, professional relationships and communicate effectively with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues.
  • Safeguarding: Uphold the highest standards of ethics and behaviour, understanding and acting within statutory safeguarding guidance to promote the best interests and safety of all pupils.

  • Dedicated to fostering a love of learning in all students.
  • Passionate about their subject and committed to delivering excellence.
  • An excellent communicator and collaborator.
  • Proactive in their professional development.

Why Join Us?

You'll become part of a supportive and collaborative team dedicated to student success and continuous improvement. We offer a stimulating environment where your contributions are valued and your professional growth is encouraged
