We are looking to expand our fantastic team of English specialists, and wish to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic teacher. This would be an amazing opportunity for an Early Career Teacher wanting to develop their skills in a supportive and nurturing environment, or a current teacher wanting to work in a different context.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the Head Teacher and heads of college to develop the Quality of Education and Curriculum across EOTAS. The leadership team are committed to developing staff to be the best they can be, engage parents and raise students’ aspirations in order to provide them with the best opportunities and outcomes.

The right candidate will:

Have a successful track record of leadership and management at a senior level.

Have a passion for teaching and learning, understanding of SEN and the needs of vulnerable young people with social, emotional and mental health

Show commitment to a culture of continuous improvement that promotes excellence for staff and students alike.

Have the personal and professional qualities required to develop our vision and ethos of the service.
