We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Teacher of History to join our dynamic Humanities team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our popular and successful History department, which plays a central role in fostering curiosity, critical thinking and a deep understanding of the past.
Your opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated and inspiring Teacher of History who can deliver a rich, engaging and ambitious curriculum that helps students develop historical knowledge, analytical skills and a passion for understanding how the past shapes the world around them.
We are equally happy to receive applications from colleagues who are new to teaching as we are from colleagues with a wealth of experience. So whether you are brand new to the profession or looking for a return to the classroom having spent some time away, we would be delighted to speak with you.

You will:
- Be willing to teach History across all key stages
- Be enthusiastic, passionate and committed to improving the life chances of students in their care
- Be forward thinking, creative, receptive to change and able to work with the team
- Be willing to develop a strong knowledge of the curriculum and its means of delivery
- Have the ability to develop strong relationships with students
