- Knowledge and understanding of the curriculum requirements for the subject

Experience of teaching Media at Key Stage 4 and 5
Proven track record of strong and effective behaviour management strategies
- Excellent ICT skills
Ability to analyse data and use it purposefully to inform planning in order to have a positive impact on student outcomes
Creativity, energy and enthusiasm
Evidence of working effectively under pressure
Desirable
- Experience of teaching IT at Key Stage 3 and 4
- Experience of teaching IT at Key Stage 5
- Experience of being, or willingness to be, an examination marker now or in the future
