We are seeking an Early Career Teacher of MFL to join our dedicated MFL department from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to gain strong foundations early in your career within a school that is committed to professional growth and development.
About the Role
You will:
- Deliver engaging and creative MFL lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Support students in developing strong reading, writing, speaking and listening skills
- Be fully supported through a structured and high-quality ECT induction programme
- Work collaboratively within a skilled and supportive MFL team
- Contribute to a culture of high expectations and positive behaviour

- Is due to gain (or has recently gained) QTS
- Has a genuine passion for modern foreign languages
- Is committed to achieving the best outcomes for all students
- Is reflective, motivated and eager to develop their teaching practice
