Heathside Weybridge is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and inspirational Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages to join our vibrant and supportive MFL department. We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong background in French and/or Spanish, with the confidence to teach both languages to KS4.

The successful candidate will:
- Be confident and enthusiastic about teaching French and/or Spanish to KS4.
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for language education.
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging and appropriately differentiated lessons that inspire students and support excellent progress over time.
- Set high expectations and provide appropriate challenge and support to ensure that all students can succeed.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
- Create a positive, inclusive and purposeful learning environment that promotes student participation, wellbeing and achievement.
- Contribute positively to curriculum development and the wider life of the MFL department.
- Support and contribute to extra-curricular language activities and opportunities that enrich students' experience of languages.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to our supportive and positive department culture.
