Teacher of Music

The successful candidate will have excellent subject knowledge, a passion for learning, and the ability to engage and enthuse our students to reach their academic and personal potential. This popular and successful department has well equipped rooms – a Music room with a suite of computers and MIDI keyboards, rehearsal rooms, Drama Studio, and a Dance Studio, all within a purpose-built Performing Arts block.

The successful candidate will:

• Be passionate about teaching music
• Plan and implement a broad and balanced music curriculum that supports progress
• Contribute to the wider life of the school by leading and supporting extracurricular activities such as choir, ensembles, concerts, and productions
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages creativity, confidence, and collaboration.
• Enjoy working as part of a vibrant team, have good organisation and communication skills
