Salary: Main Pay Scale £32,916 - £45,352
Contract: Full time, Fixed Term (12 months)

We are looking for a Teacher of PE to join Chantry Academy, where a shared commitment to high expectations and inclusive practice underpins everything we do. This role centres on delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire pupils to participate, improve and succeed, while contributing to a strong and collaborative department. Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver well-structured PE lessons, aligned with the academy curriculum and schemes of work
  • Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
  • Set high expectations to motivate pupils and promote strong progress and outcomes
  • Contribute to curriculum development, academy priorities and the wider life of the school
  • Promote effective behaviour, safeguarding and pupil wellbeing at all times
