Teaching and Learning Assistant

FIXED TERM CONTRACT FOR 1 YEAR (potentially longer dependent on funding arrangements)

We’re looking for a suitably qualified Teaching and Learning Assistant to join the team at Field House, where every child is seen, known, and valued. If you connect well with young people, believe in inclusion and enjoy seeing children grow and thrive, we want to hear from you.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves to see children make great progress, both socially and academically, is nurturing and positive and works proactively. You’ll work alongside our experienced team to support pupils’ learning, well-being and development, helping create a classroom where all children feel safe, supported and inspired.

If you’re passionate about helping children succeed, love working as part of a team, and have the confidence to build strong relationships with pupils, this could be the perfect next step for you.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Connects easily and positively with children

• Is calm, flexible and compassionate

• Can work closely with teachers and colleagues to deliver excellent learning and emotional support

• Is committed to continual learning and development

• Has an appropriate Early Years childcare qualification (Early years qualifications list)
