Job description
Do you want a career where every day brings new challenges, new achievements and the opportunity to make a genuine difference?
At Tarleton Academy, we believe every child deserves the support, encouragement and opportunity to thrive. We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our caring and ambitious team, helping our pupils grow academically, socially and emotionally.
This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about working with children and enjoys building positive relationships that inspire confidence, independence and success. Why join Tarleton Academy?
As part of our team, you'll work alongside experienced and supportive colleagues who are committed to providing an inclusive environment where every child can flourish. You'll be encouraged to develop your own skills while playing a vital role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
We're looking for someone who:
Is passionate about helping children succeed, both in and beyond the classroom.
Is caring, patient and approachable, building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families.
Is proactive, adaptable and resilient, responding confidently to the changing needs of the school day.
Brings creativity and enthusiasm to supporting learning and engaging pupils.
Communicates effectively and works collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
Understands the importance of safeguarding and is committed to promoting the welfare of every child.
Shares our high expectations and belief that every child can achieve their best.
If you're looking for a role where your work truly matters and where you can go home knowing you've made a positive difference to children's lives, we'd love to hear from you.
